Q: Do you use real gemstones?

A: Yes I use real gemstones unless otherwise stated in the item description. I typically avoid using dyed gemstones, but if any of them are dyed or altered in any way, I will indicate that in the item description. 

Q: Is the copper you use nickel and lead free?

A: I try my best to use nickel and lead free copper wire and charms, but sometimes that is hard to avoid. If you have any allergies, please reach out if you have any questions.


Q: Do you offer earring hooks without nickel or lead?

A: Yes, all premade earring hooks I buy are advertised as being nickel and lead free. Handmade earring hooks are not guaranteed to be nickel or lead free. Please reach out to me via email or Instagram after you make your purchase, and I can change the hook. 


Q: Do you offer hooks for stretched ears?

A: Yes, feel free to reach out via email or on Instagram after you order and I can add larger hooks for no additional charge. At this time I only offer hooks that are designed to be worn through tunnels. 


Q: Do you do repairs? 

A: Yes, I offer free repairs for up to a year after purchase. 


Q: Where are you located?

A: Somewhere in the forest in Western Washington, USA. 


Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Unfortunatly, at this time I am temporarily not offering shipping outside the US until the mess of a situation that are tariffs has ended, or is easier to navagate. 


Q: How much is shipping for US? 

A: There is a flat rate of $6 for all US shipping orders and $1 for every additional item. This is because as you add more weight, it becomes more expensive to ship.
